Refund policy

THEROBEIN follows a 7-day return policy, requiring customers to notify them of any return intentions within this period. Products must be undamaged, unworn, and unused, with tags attached, within 7 days of the initial notification.

Additionally, we offer a Return/Refund Policy for damaged or defective products, with claims accepted within 5 days of the item being received. Customers initiate return requests with Therobein, who then contacts the supplier.
